AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
No. 110/PMK.010/2006
CONCERNING
STIPULATION OF SYSTEMS OF CLASSIFICATIONS OF GOODS AND IMPOSITION OF IMPORT DUTY ON IMPORTED GOODS

MINISTRY OF FINANCE,

Considering:

• a. that to increase industry competitiveness, protect consumer, and reduce international trading barrier by keep on attention for domestic industrial ability, has decided general policy in import duty tariff by use harmonization of tariff;
• b. that in relation with enforcement of Forth Amendment of Harmonized System (HS) since January 1, 2007 and ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature (AHTN) based on Protocol Governing the Implementation of the ASEAN Harmonized Tariff Nomenclature, it is necessary to amend classification and import duty tariff as arranged in Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 110/PMK.010/2006 concerning Stipulation of Systems of Classifications of Goods and Imposition of Import Duty on Imported Goods;
• c. to increase national industry competitiveness, it is necessary to change classification and imposition of import duty for certain products;
• d. that based on Article 14 of Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs Affair as has already been amended by Law No. 17/2006, classification of Goods and Imposition of Import Duty is stipulated by Regulation of the Minister of Finance;
• e. that based on consideration as intended in paragraphs a, b, c, and d above, it is necessary to stipulate Regulation of the Minister of Finance concerning Amendment to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 110/PMK.010/2006 concerning Stipulation of Systems of Classifications of Goods and Imposition of Import Duty on Imported Goods;

In view of:

• 1. Law No. 10/1995 concerning Customs Affair (Statute Book of 1995 No. 75, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612) as has already been amended by Law No. 17/2006 (Statute Book of 2006 No. 93, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4661);
• 2. Presidential Decree No. 20/P/2005;
• 3. Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 110/PMK.010/2006 concerning Stipulation of Systems of Classifications of Goods and Imposition of Import Duty on Imported Goods;

HAS DECIDED:

REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE No. 110/PMK.010/2006 CONCERNING STIPULATION OF SYSTEMS OF CLASSIFICATIONS OF GOODS AND IMPOSITION OF IMPORT DUTY ON IMPORTED GOODS

Article I

Amend classification of goods and imposition of import duty on imported goods as stipulated in Attachment to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance No. 110/PMK.010/2006 concerning Stipulation of Systems of Classifications of Goods and Imposition of Import Duty on Imported Goods to become as stipulated in Attachment to this Regulation of the Minister of Finance.

Article II

This Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall come into force on the date of stipulation.

For Public cognizance, it is ordered that this Regulation of the Minister of Finance shall be published in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
